Joshi Enterprises (JE)
Started in the year 1987 by Shri. Tejaram Joshi, over the last 37 years we have ventured into multiple sectors in the construction business, diversifying ourselves in the manufacturing and supply of crushed stone aggregates as well as concrete. The company is now headed by Mr. Gaurav Joshi and Mr. Vishal Joshi, who are now pushing forth in the real estate sector of the business. Our ethos behind our projects is based on excellent quality, timely delivery, and the ability to cater to our customers every need as we build their dream homes.
Zenith Properties (ZP) :
With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Sanjay P Vora leads M/s. Zenith Properties, a construction firm with a legacy of 50 years. They've developed over 100 buildings, housing 3500 families, and specialize in residential, commercial, hospitality and educational projects across MMR Region and Pune. Their expertise includes turnkey projects, project consultancy, and leasing of properties. They also operate "P. G. Vora High School" in Mira Road and "Arova Woods: Zinc Journey by The Fern" in Lonavala.
